- Following up on orders
- Preparing trip plans in collaboration with assigned drivers
- Conducting driver debriefings after each trip
- Collecting near-miss reports from drivers and forwarding them to the office
- Gathering delivery documents from drivers upon trip completion and
- submitting them to the office together with filled trip plans.
- Mobilizing drivers to attend the weekly depot toolbox meeting every Monday
