You’ll play a vital part in organizing critical information and transforming data into meaningful reports. Your work will directly support internal teams and clients, enabling smart decisions and efficient operations in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input and maintain information across various internal platforms with precision and consistency.
  • Data Review: Verify, clean, and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Report Generation: Build reports using spreadsheets or dashboard tools to identify trends, metrics, and actionable insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide timely and accurate data to support cross-functional team needs.
  • Process Improvement: Help streamline and improve data workflows and documentation.
  • Data Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information securely and responsibly at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, reporting, or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot trends.
  • Clear communication skills and a self-driven work ethic in a remote setting.

Tech Requirements

  • Personally owned PC or laptop with sufficient processing power.
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speed.
