- Analyse complex loan portfolio datasets to generate actionable insights, including vintage curves, roll rates, delinquency trends, loss and recovery analysis, and portfolio segmentation.
- Deliver monthly operational performance updates across sales, collections, and credit quality metrics.
- Support group budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with country and technology teams to source, validate, and interpret accurate data.
- Assist investor engagement and due diligence by providing timely, detailed information and responses.

- Strong PowerPoint (or equivalent) skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and how they link.
- Strong business acumen, including the ability to interpret macroeconomic trends and understand their impact on business performance.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across country teams, technology teams, and senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high standard for accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership of deliverables.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
