Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly.
- Guide customers with product information and purchase decisions.
- Operate the POS system and handle various payment methods.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and promotions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and attractive displays.
- Monitor inventory and help receive and stock merchandise.
- Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Accounts, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in operating POS systems and handling transactions.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
