Job Description

Job summary and purpose

To support the consulting and advisory department in delivering high-quality solutions to clients by providing administrative, research, and technical support across key service lines, including policy development, recruitment, training, content creation, and regional coordination initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

Client support and project delivery

  • Provide administrative and logistical support in consulting assignments, including scheduling, document preparation, and client communication.
  • Assist in the design, review, and implementation of client policies, handbooks, and other governance documents.
  • Coordinate client training sessions — including preparation of materials, scheduling, and follow-ups

Thought leadership and content development

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and the Head of Department to draft well-researched articles and reports that enhance KKCO’s industry visibility.
  • Stay up to date on trends in audit, tax, HR, management consulting, and related fields to generate relevant and insightful content.

Regional coordination and stakeholder engagement

  • Manage DFK Africa correspondence, supporting collaboration and information flow between KKCO and other member firms.
  • Track and support DFK Africa initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely participation and feedback.

Special projects and innovation

  • Support the planning and execution of new consulting projects and service lines led by the Consulting & Advisory department, including client-driven trainings.
  • Contribute to research, benchmarking, proposal writing, and client presentation development for new initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business business-related field.
  • Minimum 0 – 1 year of experience in a professional services, HR, or consulting environment preferred.
  • Strong writing and communication skills — ability to draft professional documents and reports.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite; knowledge of project management or HR software is an added advantage.
