  • GVRC seeks to engage one qualified lead facilitator/consultant to support the delivery of County Conventions for Women in Leadership on Electoral GBV Preparedness across four counties: Homa Bay, Baringo, Nairobi and Kilifi. 
  • The consultant will support participant mobilization in coordination with GVRC and county focal persons, develop/refine the session content and agenda, facilitate the four one-day county conventions, guide practical discussions on women’s leadership, governance, electoral GBV risks, prevention, response, referral pathways and safety planning, and prepare brief county session reports plus one consolidated final report.
  • The consultant should have strong experience in governance, women’s political participation, gender-based violence, electoral violence prevention, community mobilization, training facilitation, and report writing. The role is limited to mobilization support, technical content, facilitation/training, moderation of county dialogues, and reporting.
  • Interested persons should submit a brief technical proposal showing understanding of the assignment; proposed methodology and session approach; evidence of relevant previous work; updated CV/profile; sample report or previous facilitation output; proposed workplan for covering all four counties; and a financial proposal covering professional fees for the full assignment.
