As a Unit Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance, building and mentoring sales teams, and ensuring that AMACO continues to deliver service beyond the obvious.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, select, train, and mentor independent agents and direct sales force.
- Drive achievement of manpower and sales targets.
- Source and grow sustainable business for the company.
- Expand and manage the business portfolio in line with set targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum KCSE grade C plain.
- Diploma or Degree in a business-related field (added advantage).
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP)Â in insurance.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in insurance sales.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
