What You’ll Do

• Lead High-Stakes Engagements: Call and follow up with companies accused of software misuse. Explain findings, present licensing options, and negotiate resolutions.
• Drive Resolution, Not Just Enforcement: Use emotional intelligence and data to convert conflict into cooperation—turning tense conversations into positive business outcomes.
• Chase Leads Relentlessly: This is a phone-first role. Success depends on your ability to follow up persistently, often making multiple attempts just to speak with the right person.
• Overcome Objections: Be ready to face defensiveness, and doubt. Calmly explain the situation, stay professional, and press forward with purpose.
• Demonstrate Legal and Product Knowledge: Understand the basics of copyright law and how the software is being used illegally. Use this knowledge to explain licensing options credibly and clearly.
• Maintain Real-Time Records: Use internal systems like Pleteo and shared sheets to manage, track, and escalate cases.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for just anyone. We want someone who shows fire, confidence, and the ability to hold their own in difficult conversations.

You must have:

• Fluent Arabic and Professional English (C1+): You’ll often engage with non-Arabic-speaking CEOs, legal advisors, or IT heads. English must be strong enough for complex conversations.
• Exceptional Communication: You’re articulate, socially confident, and can build rapport—even with someone who doesn’t want to talk to you.
• Persistence and Grit: You don’t get discouraged when people don’t answer or push back. You keep calling, you stay focused, and you get results.
• Sales or Legal Background: Experience in negotiation, sales, IP enforcement, or legal compliance is strongly preferred.
• Conflict Management Skills: You remain professional under pressure and know how to de-escalate heated discussions.
• High Accountability: You take ownership of your pipeline and your numbers. You know your cases and you follow through.
