Key Requirements:
- Proven banqueting management experience within branded or upscale hotels
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, revenue control, cost management)
- Demonstrated audit and compliance discipline
- Sales & Catering system proficiency (Micros/Opera – Sales & Catering module essential)
- Strong leadership presence and emotional intelligence
- Track record of managing large-scale conferences and events
