About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive Client Service Intern Job with atIeast 6 months’ prior experience in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone seeking hands-on exposure across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.
• Maintain HR records and support daily administrative tasks.
• Help coordinate interviews, meetings, and staff activities.
• Support internal communication and employee engagement efforts.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3-6 months HR/admin experience.
• Organized, professional, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in MS Suite/Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Must be flexible and a team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective presentation skills and a strong sense of integrity and discretion.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Be presentable and well-groomed.
