Role Overview
- Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Location: Office-Based (Full-time, onsite), Nairobi
- Net Salary: KES 300,000
- Target Start Date: Mid-October 2025
- Department-Finance
Minimum Requirements (Candidate Profile)
- Male, 35+ years of age
- Available to work Monday – Friday, Saturdays rarely if required
- Must be onsite, full-time
- Strong leadership & management background
- Proven experience in service-based industries
- Experience managing at least KES 20M monthly
- Vision-driven professional with future projection capability in the SMS space
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA(K) or ACCA qualification is mandatory
- Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting with 3 years in senior role
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and regulatory compliance in Kenya
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and advanced excel skills
- Experience in Technology or service-based company is an added advantage
