Brief Job Description:
The role will support capital markets readiness through financial disclosures, investor communication, and regulatory reporting.
Key Duties:
- Prepare and coordinate investor financial reporting and disclosures.
- Support preparation of listing documentation and financial statements.
- Liaise with regulators, stock exchange authorities, and analysts.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Coordinate earnings releases and investor briefings.
- Monitor financial performance indicators for market communication.
Skills Required:
- Advanced financial reporting and accounting expertise.
- Knowledge of capital markets operations.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
