Position Overview:

We are looking for professional and reliable individuals to join our team as Chauffeurs. The ideal candidates should demonstrate excellent driving skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role involves transporting clients safely and comfortably, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the vehicle is always clean and well-maintained. Applicants must be punctual, well-groomed, and familiar with Nairobi routes and traffic patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation to clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by being attentive, respectful, and responsive to client needs while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the assigned vehicle, including conducting daily checks on fuel, oil, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition.
• Navigate efficiently using assigned routes or GPS, adjusting to traffic conditions and ensuring clients arrive on time.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies, while presenting a polished and well-groomed appearance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a chauffeur/professional driver or personal driver.
• Ability to interact with clients in a warm, professional manner.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience working in the tourism or hospitality industry or in driving for major hotels will be an added advantage.
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of five years of clean driving experience.
• Valid PSV license is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering an exceptional service experience.
• Sufficient knowledge of traffic laws.
• Basic understanding of mechanical aspects of vehicles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
