- Own the category marketing plan & brand positioning
- Lead ATL/BTL/digital campaigns and trade activations
- Support NPD from concept to launch
- Track performance KPIs to guide strategy
Who You Are:
- 5–8 yrs FMCG marketing experience (3+ yrs brand/category)
- Strong knowledge of Hygiene/Personal Care categories (Diaper Category)
- Proven track record in NPD & product launches
- Experienced in GT & MT channels
- Salary: KES 350,000 Gross
