Job Description
Overall Duties
A vacancy has occurred for a Café Manager to manage an eatery outlet based a t a leading services stations in Kampala for both in person patronage and for delivery services within in Kampala
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and implement customer experience strategies that wow our guests and set us apart from the competition.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, memorable experiences for our customers.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively address challenges to ensure satisfaction at every stage.
- Make routine reports on Café Operations
- Train and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service consistently.
- Co-ordinate the food delivery processes, ensuring speed, accuracy, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Exceptional service skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- High end restaurant experience or 6+ years in the hospitality industry, where you’ve honed your craft in delivering world-class customer experiences
- A passion for innovation, creativity, and thinking outside the box.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Education Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate in business administration, Food, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
