Roles/Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by sourcing, developing, and maintaining strong client relationships in asset finance and insurance
- Achieve set sales targets by identifying opportunities and cross-selling banking products.
- Conduct market intelligence to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and product pitches.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and insurance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent the bank at marketing events, activations, and client forums to enhance visibility.
- Maintain compliance with banking and insurance regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Banking, Insurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the banking sector, with a focus on asset finance and insurance.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, asset finance solutions, and insurance offerings.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking CRM systems.
- Professional certifications in Insurance or Credit/Banking will be an added advantage.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and evaluation skills
