Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Banking, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the banking sector, with a focus on asset finance and insurance.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, asset finance solutions, and insurance offerings.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and banking CRM systems.
  • Professional certifications in Insurance or Credit/Banking will be an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and evaluation skills
