Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and referral networks.
- Organize and coordinate wellness programs, medical camps, and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, clients, and doctors.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage branding and promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Prepare periodic reports on individual performance and initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to initiate and maintain corporate partnerships and marketing campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
