Job Summary
- The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities by recruiting clients and nurturing strong client relationships.
- S/he will work closely with the management team to support successful implementation of projects and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship
- Oversee the execution of business development and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful delivery of company process to the clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- A Master’s degree or professional certification in Business
- Development is an added advantage
- A minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- Proven track record in client acquisition and business growth
- Experience in B2B sales in ICT sector will be added advantage
