Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients across target markets
  • Build and maintain prospect databases using CRM systems
  • Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls
  • Maintain an active and accurate pipeline

Market Research & Intelligence

  • Conduct market trend analysis and competitive research
  • Identify new business opportunities and target segments
  • Prepare market reports and strategic recommendations
  • Support new market entry and expansion initiatives

CRM Management & Pipeline Optimization

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure data accuracy
  • Track pipeline metrics and sales performance indicators
  • Create dashboards and reports for management review
  • Optimize workflows, automation, and reporting processes

Sales Support & Enablement

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and client materials
  • Support contract preparation and client onboarding
  • Coordinate with marketing on campaign execution

Experience

2–3 years experience in Business Development, Sales, Consulting, or related role
Proven experience in B2B lead generation or pipeline development
Demonstrated success in achieving sales or BD targets

  • Sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting, dashboards)
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Technical Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
  • SQL or data analysis tools
  • Marketing automation platforms

  • Bachelor’s | Masters degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or related field
