Brand & Marketing Manager Job Zuri Health
Zuri Healh are building the future of healthcare across Africa. They need someone to make sure the world knows it. Zuri Health is a Pan-African digital health company operating across 12 markets, delivering telemedicine, pharmacy, diagnostics, mobile clinics, and corporate wellness to millions of Africans.
They are looking for a Brand and Marketing Manager who will own everything the world sees, hears, and feels about Zuri Health.
Key Resposnibilities
Brand and Agency Coordination
- You will be the strategic bridge between Zuri Health and our advertising agency. You will write the briefs, manage the relationship, drive campaign approvals, and ensure every output is sharp, on-brand, and commercially purposeful. You will determine which channels carry which messages, and you will hold the agency accountable for results.
Brand Asset Management
- You will own and govern the full library of Zuri Health brand assets across visual, audio, video, and written formats. Nothing goes out without your sign-off. Everything lives in a system you build and maintain.
Experience
- You have 5 or more years of brand management or integrated marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a role that required you to manage or coordinate with an external creative or advertising agency.
- You have led content teams before. You understand the difference between executing a campaign and owning a brand.
- You are calm under pressure, obsessive about quality, and you take reputation personally.
- You likely come from an agency Account Director or Group Account Manager background, or from a client-side brand team in a fast-moving consumer, fintech, or health company.
- You are ambitious, structured, and ready to operate at a level of visibility that most marketing roles do not offer.
You will thrive here if:
- You have strong opinions about brand and are not afraid to defend them
- You understand that in a regulated, trust-dependent industry like healthcare, one careless post can do serious damage
- You are excited by the scale of what we are building across Africa
- You want a role where your fingerprints are on everything
The role may not be right for you if:
- You are looking for a pure execution role with no leadership responsibility
- You need heavy direction to set priorities
- You are not comfortable working at pace across multiple workstreams simultaneously
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- CIM Level 6 or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience managing integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
- Experience supervising or leading a content or creative team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with brand governance, content management systems, and performance reporting
