The Role:
You are the bridge between the international distillery and the local market, ensuring the “Hearts” of the brand are protected..
Mandate: Ensure the brand story translates into undisputed consumer preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Marketing Agencies and other related partners
- Strategic approval of all marketing outputs.
- Management of the exclusive CRM database.
- Maintaining premium positioning to close the gap in price perception.
- Focus: Brand Story & Value Perception
Ideal Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in Brand Management, specifically within the Luxury Goods or Premium Spirits sector.
- Technical Skills: Experience in managing high-net-worth CRM databases and strategic oversight of marketing activities
- Core Competency: Ability to maintain a premium price point despite competitive market discounting.
