Key Responsibilities
- Lead Operations: Direct all operational aspects of the Nairobi branch, ensuring efficiency in distribution, service delivery, and sales.
- Strategic Planning: Assess local market conditions, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic business plans to drive growth and meet national office goals. · Financial Management:
- Create and manage the branch budget, allocating funds appropriately to maximize impact and productivity.
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership, coaching, and motivation to the branch team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance in collaboration with the HR department

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a branch management role or a similar leadership position
- Strong knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and production targets
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- A Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Services is a significant advantage.
