Our client is one of the leading computer institutes that is specialized in providing training services on Information Technology. They are seeking to hire a Regional Corporate Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving overall business revenue generation by providing strategic leadership and management to the entire corporate sales team across Kenya (Nairobi and Mombasa) and other African regions. This role holds ultimate accountability for achieving the company’s established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of successfully scaling sales teams, accelerating corporate growth, mastering high-level client relationship management, and driving growth across all corporate revenue streams (Business Software Solutions, Training, and Testing Centres).

Sales Team Leadership & Regional Management

  • Conduct weekly performance reviews with regional sales teams in Nairobi, Mombasa, and international territories.
  • Ensure 100% of regional sales executives meet or exceed their individual monthly sales quotas.

Strategic Revenue Generation

  • Achieve 100% of the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual set revenue targets across all streams (Training, Testing Centres, and Business Software Solutions).

Sales Pipeline & CRM Governance (Bitrix24 CRM)

  • Maintain 100% data accuracy in Bitrix24 CRM across all regional territories.
  • Ensure pipeline velocity supports a minimum of 3x revenue target coverage at any given time.

High-Value Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Personally engage with key decision-makers (C-suite/Directors) to secure high-value corporate accounts, facilitating at least 10 regional executive-level meetings per month.

Negotiation, Enterprise Deal Closure & Upselling

  • Close at least 25 enterprise-level or multi-regional deals per quarter.
  • Increase sales revenue from the existing corporate client base by 25% annually through structured upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Market Expansion & Competitive Intelligence

  • Deliver 1 comprehensive monthly regional market and competitor analysis report outlining growth opportunities in Kenya and expansion zones across Africa.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Executive Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive B2B/Corporate sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior sales management or leadership role supervising regional or multi-territory sales teams (experience managing teams across Africa, or specifically in Nairobi and Mombasa, is highly preferred).
  • Tangible evidence of successfully driving company growth, scaling revenue, and leading sales teams to consistently hit aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Mastery of corporate CRM ecosystems, with a strong preference for Bitrix24 CRM management and pipeline tracking.
  • Advanced enterprise-level negotiation, strategic client relationship management, cross-selling/upselling architecture, and a deep understanding of corporate training, testing center operations, and software solution environments.
