Overall Purpose of the Job: The Business Development Executive – Laboratory Services will be responsible for driving business development strategies on the scope of Laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide input/market intelligence in the development of the marketing strategy.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders.
- Initiate and pursue business leads to successful closure.
- Participate in both corporate and industry events.
- Prepare periodic business and market analysis reports.
- Follow up on service queries for clients.
Position Requirements:
- Degree in Business and at least 3 years of experience in the laboratory services industry, focused on sales and marketing.
- Solid business acumen and strong communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical abilities with proficiency in verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented individual capable of prioritizing tasks; a proactive team player working towards building a shared vision.
- Experience in ISO-accredited healthcare industry is an added advantage.
