Oversee all basil production activities, ensuring high-quality yields and adherence to agronomic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and supervise basil operations from planting to harvesting
  • Monitor crop growth and ensure optimum plant health
  • Allocate labor and oversee daily production activities
  • Enforce Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)
  • Prepare daily/weekly production reports

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in herbs/vegetable production
  • Strong leadership, planning, and supervisory skills
