Requirements:

bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA (K) or ACCA qualification
6+ years of audit experience, including at least 2 in a managerial role
Deep understanding of IFRS, IPSAS, and public sector frameworks
Demonstrated integrity, vision, and leadership
