- Experience with strategic business planning and pitching for new opportunities.
- Strong skills in interpersonal communication, presentations, and writing.
- Self-starter with a team-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- Highly organized with a capacity to manage multiple business priorities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work effectively in an office-based environment with a hybrid work option.
- Interest in sustainability and environmental policy, with a focus on business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Have the legal right to work in Kenya
