The Assistant – Inventory supports the Inventory Manager in overseeing and maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, and utilizing software systems to track, update, and analyze inventory data. The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Monitor stock movement and update inventory records.
  • Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies.
  • Use inventory systems to input data and generate reports.
  • Support warehouse organization and goods receiving.
  • Prepare and file inventory reports and documents.
  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and branches on stock issues.
  • Assist with basic system issues and improve inventory processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel and inventory/ERP systems)
  • 2-3 years of inventory or warehouse experience (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and accuracy skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Required Skills: Strong software and computer proficiency
