We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player in the property management sector, seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, driving financial performance, and maintaining compliance across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in property management, operational excellence, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property operations, supervise teams, enforce SOPs, conduct inspections, and monitor utilities.
- Handle tenant issues, renew leases, mediate disputes, and run engagement activities.
- Oversee budgets, rent collection, expenses, and prepare monthly reports.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; assign duties and ensure accountability.
- Support leasing & marketing, ensure compliance, and track competitor activity.
- Maintain legal, safety, tax, and insurance compliance; manage emergencies.
- Select and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee SLAs.
- Implement property management systems, train staff, and optimize reporting.
- Provide strategic input, represent GM, and assist with new projects.
- Uphold service standards, resolve escalations, and manage loyalty programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management or senior operational roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
