Administration Assistant Job

We are seeking a reliable, vibrant, and highly organized Personal/Admin Assistant to support a busy professional with day-to-day administrative and personal tasks. This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a warm personality, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Answering and making phone calls professionally
  • Receiving and relaying messages promptly
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Following up on scheduled meetings and deadlines
  • Organizing and maintaining both digital and physical files
  • Running occasional errands as needed
  • Drafting basic correspondence and handling email communication
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics
  • Assisting in event planning and simple procurement tasks
  • Providing general administrative support as required

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or assistant role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, vibrant, and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation:

  • Gross monthly salary of Ksh 20,000
  • Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, with occasional flexibility as needed
