Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including receiving payments, making change, and issuing receipts.
• ssist customers with inquiries, provide information about services, and address any concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service delivery.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and laws, to ensure compliance and uphold the integrity of financial transactions. Support the Accounts Department with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce and CPA 1
• 1-2 years of experience in a cashiering or an accounts assistant role, preferably in a logistics or retail environment.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process and reconcile cash transactions.
• Proficiency in basic accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
