Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.
• Promote and sell a variety of construction materials such as cement, aggregates, rebar, tiles, insulation, and related products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare and present accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and pricing based on company guidelines and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and project developments within your territory.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Sales and Marketing and/or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or B2B sales.
• Solid knowledge of the construction industry and building materials.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
