The Role

Zeno is seeking a proactive and organized Vehicle Resale Associate to manage the process of recovering, refurbishing, and reselling Zeno motorcycles within our network.This role plays a key part in maintaining the health and efficiency of Zeno’s asset base — ensuring that bikes from completed, defaulted, or transitioned financing customers are quickly assessed, refurbished, and redeployed into the market. You’ll work closely with the Sales, Customer Financing, and Service teams to coordinate recovery, technical inspection, pricing, and resale logistics, ensuring bikes are redeployed efficiently to new customers. The ideal candidate is process-driven, commercially minded, and passionate about motorcycles and circular operations.

  • Bike Recovery Coordination: Work with the financing and field teams to identify, track, and recover motorcycles that need to be repossessed, exchanged, or resold.
  • Inspection & Assessment: Coordinate technical evaluations to determine each bike’s condition, repair needs, and resale readiness.
  • Refurbishment Management: Liaise with Service teams to ensure recovered bikes are reconditioned to Zeno’s operational and safety standards.
  • Resale Process: Partner with the Sales team to prepare bikes for resale — setting pricing, creating listings, and ensuring transparent documentation.
  • Redeployment Planning: Manage allocation of refurbished bikes back into the market, coordinating closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams for fast turnover.
  • Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all recovered, repaired, and redeployed bikes in Zeno’s tracking systems or ERP platform.
  • Data & Reporting: Generate regular reports on recovered units, repair timelines, resale margins, and redeployment performance.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as the operational link between Sales, Service, and Financing — ensuring smooth communication and efficient decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Help refine Zeno’s asset recovery and redeployment workflows to minimize downtime and maximize asset utilization.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, asset management, or resale/logistics within the mobility, automotive, or financing industries.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a track record of managing multi-step processes involving several teams.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to assess resale value, condition grading, and pricing logic
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP tools for tracking assets, repairs, and resale pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable working across sales, service, and financing functions.
  • Detail-oriented and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple bikes or transactions simultaneously.
