Reports to: CEO
Our client, a large food and beverage manufacturer, is seeking an experienced individual to oversee full end-to-end supply chain operations, including supply chain strategy, procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, local and export logistics, and team leadership.
This is an expatriate role based in Hargeisa, Somaliland.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 10-15 years’ progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or operations
- Experience in FMCG distribution, imports & export processes
- Strong leadership capability and team management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills
