Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social platforms. You will support the broader sales and marketing team in driving customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong digital skills who is also confident in sales conversations and general marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management (Primary Role – approx. 70%):

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.)
• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive conversions and engagement.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Sales & Marketing Support (Secondary Role – approx. 30%):

• Assist with lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups via email, phone, or CRM tools.
• Support sales presentations, product demos, and client communications as needed.
• Help develop and execute marketing campaigns (email, events, promotions).
• Collaborate with the sales team to align content and campaigns with sales goals.
• Maintain and update marketing materials, brochures, and product sheets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of social media ad platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with sales communication (written and spoken).
• Proficient in tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.

Preferred:

• Experience in a sales-driven environment or hybrid marketing/sales role.
• Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
