Summary:

  • As a Residential Real Estate Agent, you will represent a premium portfolio of residential properties across our key markets in Nairobi—including Kilimani, Kiambu Road, Westlands, and Riverside—and the Coast, including Nyali, Mombasa, Vipingo, and Kizingo. You’ll work with a trusted, market-leading brand and benefit from ongoing training, mentorship, and comprehensive marketing support to help you build a successful real estate career.
  • Market and sell residential properties on behalf of clients.
  • Source, list, and manage residential properties for sale and rent.
  • Conduct property viewings and client consultations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and property values.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close property sales and rental transactions.
  • Prepare and manage offers, agreements, and transaction documentation.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM and property management systems.
  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, banking, insurance, hospitality, or residential real estate is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the residential property market in Kilimani, Kiambu Road, Westlands, Riverside, Nyali, Mombasa, Vipingo, and Kizingo is desirable.
  • Own a personal vehicle and be willing to travel for property viewings and client meetings (preferred).
  • Must be based in Nairobi or the Coast Region.
