The Role

• The Veterinary Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing a defined territory within Kenya.
• This role requires consistent field engagement, account development, and driving product movement across agrovet outlets and veterinary channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking individuals who are commercially aware, structured in their approach, and,confident in the field.

The ideal candidate has:

• You should be comfortable engaging retailers, veterinary professionals, and livestock stakeholders in a,professional and credible manner.
• 2 to 4 years of field sales experience in Agrovet, Animal Health, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or related,sectors
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Good understanding of Kenya’s livestock and agrovet market
• Strong follow-up habits and organized territory planning
• Visiting agrovets and animal health outlets consistently
• Opening new retail accounts and securing first purchase orders
• Maintaining and growing existing accounts
• Building professional relationships with veterinarians and breeders
• Negotiating shelf space and improving product visibility
• Monitoring competitor activity within the territory
• Submitting structured daily and weekly field reports
• Driving repeat business through follow-up and relationship management

Skills and Competencies

• A Diploma or Degree in Animal Health, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
