Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food production activities to ensure efficiency and quality
- Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Support process improvements and production planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, supply chain, maintenance)
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate production records
- Learn and grow into a leadership role within the production unit
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in food manufacturing (internship/trainee experience acceptable)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
