Power Group Technologies Ltd seeks a results-driven Procurement Specialist to support strategic sourcing and strengthen supply chain performance within the power and energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations.
- Manage contracts and monitor supplier performance.
- Ensure timely procurement of power equipment and materials.
- Drive cost optimization and value improvement initiatives.
- Enforce procurement compliance and governance standards.
- Prepare procurement reports and KPIs.
- Provide team leadership and mentorship.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Certification: Professional certification (CIPS/KISM) preferred.
- Experience: 3–4 years’ procurement experience.
- Sector Knowledge: Mandatory experience in the energy/power sector.
- Leadership: Proven team leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
