• Are you are a star Procurement Officer with real estate or hospitality experience, you will be responsible for sourcing quality goods & services, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement. Process purchase requests and generate purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with departments to forecast supply needs.
• Maintain updated supplier records, contracts and price lists.
• Track deliveries, resolve supply issues and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and new vendors.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
• Support inventory control and coordinate with stores for stock reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in procurement, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office.
• High level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities.
