Key Responsibilities
- Support the installation and servicing of water purification systems.
- Troubleshoot plumbing and filtration issues and provide timely solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during site visits and installations.
- Work collaboratively with the technical and customer support teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Plumbing from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in plumbing installations and repairs.
- Strong skills in piping, maintenance, and repair.
- Knowledge of water filtration and purification systems (an added advantage).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
