Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our team full-time at our Nairobi County office. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of RO purification machines. The successful candidate will also provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth and efficient operations at clients’ homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the installation and servicing of water purification systems.
- Troubleshoot plumbing and filtration issues and provide timely solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during site visits and installations.
- Work collaboratively with the technical and customer support teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Plumbing from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in plumbing installations and repairs.
- Strong skills in piping, maintenance, and repair.
- Knowledge of water filtration and purification systems (an added advantage).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
