Role Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Administrator to support clinical operations, care coordination, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule nursing care services for patients
• Support day-to-day clinical operations and workflow management
• Act as a liaison between nurses, patients, families, and management
• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and clinical documentation
• Support onboarding, rostering, and supervision of nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Handle patient inquiries, follow-ups, and care coordination
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and basic operational reporting

Qualifications & Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Previous experience in clinical administration, care coordination, or healthcare operations is an advantage
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working with digital tools and healthcare systems
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in home healthcare or community health is a plus
