Skills and Competencies Required
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related technology field.
- ICT security professional certification, e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA.
- 1–2 years’ work experience in a large commercial enterprise.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection.
- Time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot IT issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support end-users.
- Familiarity with network administration and hardware/software installation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
