Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including document collection.
• Support attendance tracking, leave records, and employee data management.
• Assist in scheduling interviews, meetings, and employee-related appointments.
• Prepare HR correspondence, letters, reports, and internal communications.
• Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR contacts.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
• Support employee engagement activities and administrative HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or office administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
