Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Lead design/production visual content digital/print campaigns (social media/ads/email/brochures/signage).
- Collaborate marketing/social create brand-aligned graphics.
- Conceptualize/develop designs promotional materials/events/in-house branding.
- Design layouts websites/landing pages/email newsletters user-friendly.

Brand Development & Identity
- Maintain/enhance visual identity MGM Muthu Hotels Kenya brand guidelines.
- Evolve creative assets fresh/contemporary/competitive hospitality.
- Develop concepts new campaigns/event promotions.
Multimedia & Video
- Create short promotional videos/animations/motion graphics digital.
- Edit videos/photos events marketing/social.
- Collaborate photographers/videographers direct shoots campaigns/events.
Team Leadership & Project Management
- Provide guidance/feedback/direction design projects.
- Manage workflow timely/high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate external vendors/printers.
Digital Marketing Support
- Create assets digital advertising (Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads).
- Support website optimization landing pages/e-commerce.
- Ensure mobile-responsive visuals websites/landing pages/email.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Graphic Design/Visual Arts/related.
- 3+ years graphic design, 2 lead/senior.
- Strong portfolio creative skills various mediums.
- Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/After Effects).
- Motion graphics/video editing/multimedia plus.
- Strong typography/color theory/layout understanding.
- Hospitality/travel industry experience added advantage.
