Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage customer accounts and credit limits.
- Assess credit worthiness and analyze financial statements.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to minimize credit risk.
- Resolve customer queries and disputes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of credit transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller, preferably in FMCG/NBFI
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Salary:Competitive and commensurate with experience.
