We are currently seeking Aviation Investigation Trainers / Consultants to design and deliver a comprehensive, ICAO-aligned aircraft accident and serious incident
investigation training programme under the coordination of Indepth Research Institute, including preparation of training materials, facilitation of practical simulations and assessments, certification of participants, and submission of a consolidated final report outlining performance outcomes and recommendations for strengthened aviation safety capacity.

The proposed Trainers / Consultants must demonstrate:

  • Certification from ICAO and/or International Air Transport Association (IATA) recognized institutions.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience delivering aircraft accident/incident investigation training.
  • Proven participation in at least one (1) real-time aircraft accident investigation.
  • At least three (3) years of structured instructional/training experience.
  • Delivery of aviation-related training within the last twenty-four (24) months.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ICAO Annex 13 and ICAO Doc 9756.
  • Experience working with Civil Aviation Authorities or equivalent aviation regulatory institutions.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and ICAO-compliant report writing skills.
