1. Tell us about your professional background.

I am a certified public accountant of Kenya, a bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, and I am currently doing my dissertation to graduate next year from the University of Suffolk, UK.

I am a highly experienced Finance professional with over 15 years of experience in all areas of finance, including finance and accounting management, budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and administration.

2. Where Did You Hear About Corporate Staffing Services?

In 2019, I was looking for a job, and I turned to online and social media platforms to find new opportunities.

That is when I stumbled on YouTube and saw Mr Wainaina’s videos on how to tackle job interviews.

Since then, I began following Corporate Staffing and I took time to find out more about the services they offer.  

3. How Did You Learn About The Leadership Training

In October 2021, I enrolled in an Advanced Excel course with CSS, which motivated me to sign up for SPSS.

I would receive emails about the courses that were being offered, and because I was keen on self-development, I took a step to sign up for a leadership course.

4. What Motivated You To Sign Up For Leadership Training?

My motivation for joining the leadership class was to build my skill set in leadership because I have a keen interest in board leadership.

5. Do You Think The Training Was Worth And Beneficial To Your Career?

Yes. My leadership skills set has continued to grow especially in understanding people with the different temperaments.

How to handle my boss now that I deal with the director who owns the company. The course I took at CSS has continued to shape my career..

6. What advice would you give to professionals seeking to advance their careers?

My advice to any professional is that embracing a growth mindset is essential for career advancement. Stay curious and be a lifelong learner. Invest in acquiring new skills, expand your knowledge, and be updated on industry trends.
