Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Verifying documentation of warehouse receipt transactions.
  • Validating completion of warehouse receipt transactions.
  • Updating Information on warehouse receipt collateral credit.
  • Verifying preparations and updating of warehouse receipt details for trading.
  • Receiving and consolidating requests for transfer of warehouse receipts.
  • Verifying data for monitoring and evaluation of warehouse receipt transaction and financing framework.
  • Validating information on warehouse receipt transactions.
  • Documenting and archiving of warehouse receipt records.
  • Maintaining records of warehouse receipt transactions.
  • Reconciling central registry records.
  • Verifying the completeness and conformity of the warehouse receipt to the set standards.

Person Specifications

Mandatory requirements:

  • Have Served in the grade of Receipt Transaction Officer II for a minimum period of **three (3) years**.
  • Have a Bachelor degree in any the following disciplines: **Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Management Science**, or a relevant equivalent degree.
  • Been Proficient in computer applications.
  • Have shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
