Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt service to customer.
- Provide menu, take orders and offer recommendations customer.
- Serve food and beverages with proper etiquette.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables and dining areas.
- Communicate guest complaints and suggestions to the line Supervisor.
- Prepare and issue bills to the customer.
- Ensure full payment of bills by customers.
- Adhere to security, safety and health protocols when handling food and beverage.
- Reporting on daily operations.

Qualifications / Skills
- KCSE Certificate, Certificate/ Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management
- At least 2 years experience
- Excellent grooming and pleasant personality
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili. Additional languages will be an added advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
